Medicine is a funny thing: when you see somebody after trauma you feel that you have to see this person more than once, you just know that one hour wouldn't make a difference, especially if you want to go through the details of the traumatic experience, but it took many years for official medical lobby to admit this fact... I wonder how many other "obvious" things what we do because we were taught that it was right are actually wrong?
